Case studies: real sites, real numbers
We don't publish screenshots or hand-picked stats. These are sites we personally maintain, tracked with the same automated Lighthouse audits every client gets - re-run on a schedule, logged whether the score moves or not.

Our baseline audit turned up something no one had noticed: www.welcomesign.com returned a server error (HTTP 522) for every single visitor who typed the "www." prefix instead of the bare domain. Anyone who bookmarked, linked, or typed the www version of the site hit a dead page - the kind of quietly broken URL a business owner never sees because their own browser has the working version cached or bookmarked.
We attached the www hostname to the Cloudflare Pages project so it redirects cleanly to the live site instead of erroring out.
Started at 77/88/92 on Jul 13, 2026. The scores you see above are re-measured automatically, not a one-time snapshot - the site's re-audit cadence (every 7 days) has now run eight times more (Jul 21, Jul 29, Aug 5, Aug 12, Aug 19, Aug 26, Sep 2, Sep 9) and the www-redirect fix continues to hold; Performance drifted within a couple points of baseline through Aug 19 (79, then 76, then 77, then 78, then 77), dropped sharply to 49 on Aug 26 - a much larger swing than anything logged here before, and bigger than the roughly-10-point noise band described below - then recovered to 75 on the Sep 2 re-audit and held there on Sep 9, back within a couple points of the original baseline. We still haven't diagnosed a cause for the Aug 26 dip and aren't claiming any fix of ours caused the Sep 2 recovery either; we're reporting the numbers as measured. SEO foundations rose from 92 to 100 on the Aug 19 re-audit and has held at 100 since. Security wasn't tracked yet at baseline (added to every audit sitewide 2026-07-18) - first recorded at 100 on Jul 21, 2026, unchanged through Sep 9.

Enrolled as a case-study site on Jul 13, 2026 with a baseline audit: Performance 80, Accessibility 68, SEO 73. No fix has landed from us yet - we're not going to claim credit for a delta we didn't cause, in either direction. Accessibility jumped on the Aug 5 run (68 → 96) and has held steady since, while SEO jumped that same Aug 5 run (73 → 92) and climbed further on Aug 19 (92 → 100), holding at 100 since - those two are checklist-style measurements that only move when the page itself changes, so a real change landed on their end between re-audits, not ours. The Performance number has bounced around instead (80 → 75 → 73 → 53 → 75 → 65 → 56 → 55 → 70), and we don't read that as their site getting faster or slower: Performance comes from a timed page load, and a single timed load is a noisy measurement (see the note below). We report every number as-is either way, the same honesty this page promises whichever direction it moves. This page will update once a real fix from us moves the needle.
Security wasn't tracked yet at baseline (added to every audit sitewide 2026-07-18) - first recorded at 93 on Jul 21, 2026, rose to 100 by Aug 5, dipped to 96 on Aug 12, held through Aug 26, back to 100 on the Sep 2 re-audit, then dipped to 96 again on the Sep 9 re-audit.
