Questions before you subscribe
Do I need a Quick Fix or Tune-Up first?
No - you can start a Care plan on its own. But if your site currently has known issues, we recommend fixing those first (see fixed-price fixes) so Care is maintaining a site that's already in good shape, not papering over a broken one.
What if I need more edits than my plan includes?
We'll quote any extra work at a flat price before doing it - no surprise invoices, ever.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime - just reply to your welcome email or write to hello@bitwisedesigns.com and we'll cancel it for you. No contracts, no cancellation fee.
Where do I see the monthly re-audit results?
On your own private progress page - a link only you have, using the same before/after Lighthouse format our public case studies use. It stays private by default; we'd only publish it as a public case study with your OK.
