Before you buy, here's what small business owners usually ask.
How do you actually access my website to make the fix?
Most fixes happen through your hosting or FTP/cPanel login - you share access, we make the fix, and you can change the password again afterward. If you'd rather not share hosting access, we can deliver the fixed files with plain-English install instructions instead. Either way, nothing changes until you approve it.
What if I don't know my hosting login or don't have a developer?
That's normal - most small business owners don't. We'll walk you through finding it (it's usually in an email from whoever set up your site, or your domain registrar's dashboard). If it truly can't be found, we deliver ready-to-install files and instructions for whoever manages your site.
Will this work no matter what platform my website is built on?
It works with WordPress, custom HTML, and most self-hosted setups. Hosted all-in-one builders (Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, GoDaddy Website Builder, Duda) are outside what we can directly fix. Not sure if yours qualifies? Email hello@bitwisedesigns.com before submitting your URL and we'll confirm.
Do I need a contract or ongoing retainer?
No. The $149 and $299 options are one-time, flat-price payments with no retainer and no recurring commitment. If you want us to keep monitoring your site after the fix, that's what the optional Care plans (from $49/mo) are for - but nothing auto-enrolls you.
How long does the fix take, and how do I know it actually worked?
5 business days. We send a before/after Lighthouse report so you can see the exact scores move, not just take our word for it.
Is my payment secure?
Yes - payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What if I have a problem after the fix?
Email hello@bitwisedesigns.com and we'll sort it out. If you want ongoing checks so issues get caught before they become a problem again, see our Care plans.
