Free Website Audit for Auto Repair Shops in Knoxville, TN

When a check-engine light comes on, most drivers search "auto repair near me" on their phone and call whoever answers first from a site that loads fast enough to get a phone number in front of them. In August 2026 we ran Google Lighthouse audits on 56 auto repair shop websites in the Knoxville area: 82% had fixable performance problems standing between a worried driver and a booked appointment.

What a slow website costs an auto repair shop

Lost same-day, in-the-parking-lot searches

A big share of repair-shop traffic is someone standing next to a car that just made a bad noise, searching on a phone with a weak signal. A slow-loading site loses that visitor to the next result before your hours and phone number even appear.

Estimate forms that never reach the counter

Shops that offer online estimate requests often lose them to slow, unoptimized forms - the request looks sent from the customer's side but never lands in an inbox anyone checks.

Missing from "auto repair near me" and "brake shop Knoxville" searches

Google increasingly buries sites that fail its mobile speed and technical SEO checks below directory listings and paid ads, even when the shop itself has better reviews.

What the free audit covers

We run your website through Google Lighthouse - the same measurement tool Google uses for its ranking signals - and translate the results into plain English: what's slow, what's invisible to Google, what's broken on phones, and what each fix is worth. The report names exactly how many issues it found and shows a specific example of each, not vague grades. It lands in your inbox within the hour, free, no call required.

If the report shows problems worth fixing, it's a flat $149 for your fixable speed/image/SEO/broken-link issue, or $299 for everything found - with a before/after report proving the improvement. We track our own client work in public, so you can see real progress timelines before spending a dollar. Questions about access, timeline, or your platform? See the FAQ below.

Common questions

How do you actually access my website to make the fix?

Most fixes happen through your hosting or FTP/cPanel login - you share access, we make the fix, and you can change the password again afterward. If you'd rather not share hosting access, we can deliver the fixed files with plain-English install instructions instead. Either way, nothing changes until you approve it.

Will this work no matter what platform my website is built on?

It works with WordPress, custom HTML, and most self-hosted setups - which is what most Auto Repair Shops in Knoxville, TN run on. Hosted all-in-one builders (Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, GoDaddy Website Builder, Duda) are outside what we can directly fix. Not sure if yours qualifies? Email hello@bitwisedesigns.com before submitting your URL and we'll confirm.

Do I need a contract or ongoing retainer?

No. The $149 and $299 options are one-time, flat-price payments with no retainer and no recurring commitment. If you want us to keep monitoring your site after the fix, that's what the optional Care plans (from $49/mo) are for - but nothing auto-enrolls you.

Is my payment secure?

Yes - payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
